Cold water diving - we LOVE it!

In winter not so much life in our frozen lakes, some perchs and pikes here and there. Occasionally some bigger schools of perchs.

It was 63F (17C) in Cabo Douglas, Galapagos. almost freeze my buns in 7mm wetsuit. However, seeing those Marine Iguanas grazing on sea weed just warmed me up. Laying in the sun after that freezing cold water was just fabulous!

I grew up and live in Ft Lauderdale, I wear a full wetsuit (and a hood if scootering) in 78 degree water. If I hit a thermocline that 57 degrees, I want to go home!

OK just gotta say that all the cool photos that are now in this thread are making me reluctantly consider changing my vote from +28C to "I want to try it, seems like fun!"...

Is there such a thing as a Cold Water Pretty Fish diver?
