How do Mares reccomend that you keep the contacts clean on the Icon? I find as soon as they get a little dirty or coroded that the charging doesn't work very well. And those little pits on the contacts are damned hard to keep clean. I've tried a toothbrush and vinegar without much luck. The best so far has actually been a spray of WD40 - but do Mares have any suggestions?

Also, if I send it in for a battery replacement, can they replace the contacts as well?

There is no official hint by mares. I always use a toothpick with a little bit rounded top by scratching a rough surface to avoid damage of the contacts. Drilling it in the little holes it works well :). I guess they can't replace the contacts without replacing the complete backpart of housing, because the are pressed/bonded in to get the hausing waterproof.
