I'm new to this message board...been searching, but haven't found the answer to a specific question I have regarding my Hyper Aqualand. I'm sorry if this creates an off topic thread, but I have no idea where else to go...at least the Hyper aqualand is being discussed here....I'll ask my question here and see what happens.

The manual and software mention the required pin designations for 9 pin to 25 pin I/O cables. BUT, I have found no information on the serial port protocol...(i.e. baud rate, xon/off, parity...etc.)
Does anyone here know the particular protocol to set your serial computer port to for it to communicate with the Hyper Aqualand I/O module?

The serial cable is what they call a "null modem" cable

Actually, I just plugged the cable from the downloader into the back of the computer and it worked.
