What have people been using to remove Christo-Lube, or Krytox? Lubrication Technology recommends Christo-Kleen, but I can't find anyone who sells this.

Dish detergent and a tooth brush.
 
Amazing. That is exactly what I have been using so far.
I wouldn't mind finding out what is in Christo-Kleen, however
