Anyone in the Chicago / Milwaukee area doing rebreather diving?
I'm just starting out and am looking for some ccr dive buddies.

I'll be on a Classic Inspiration initially - hammerhead
after I get some flight time w/the original electronics.

Have you worked out what you're doing for a sorb supply?
I'm tempted to roadtrip to GoingUnder over by Minneapolis.
Our local area seems to be short on sofnolime vendors.
For my initial practice (fairly shallow, lots of drills), I'm considering
other sorbs... but I will want to lay in a supply of sofnolime
eventually.

In the meantime I'm getting the regulators & head serviced,
tanks tumbled & cleaned, spare parts laid in, studying for training.
Should be ready to go by the end of May. I want to rack up
some practice time at Haigh quarry or smth before getting out
onto Lake Michigan.
