cheap scuba tanks

I will be flying into Seattle next week and taking a private boat from Seattle to San Diego.

Does anyone know a good place to get tanks cheap...I'm looking to buy, not rent, because we won't be returning to the same place.

Any suggestions?

Cheaps a relative term, but depending on what your looking for I know Starfish diving has some High Pressure Faber 80's for 199 which is a really good deal.
