El Moro is one of the best places to eat in Cozumel, IMHO. I would not call it "cheap," but it's not to expensive either. I would compare it to eating at Chilli's (price-wise), or maybe less even.

Oh... and I forgot Casa Cuzamil. Pretty inexpensive and really good food.

Sorry. Chili's is like a TGI Friday's, Applebees, Ruby Tuesdays, Red Robin, etc. Maybe that will help?

At any rate, it's not what I would consider expensive.

Lol...never eaten at any of them....Taco Bell looks attractive, but never tried them either....I'm not chain kind of guy. Mr Taco rules!

Is Mr. Taco similar to El Pique and Los Seras?--similar menu, similar quality? Those have been my two go-to taquerias.

I have not been to Mr Taco or Los Seras. but they have awesome Tacos and other stuff. Their beans are excellent. Tacos range from 12 to $24 pesos. Local beer such as Sol is only about 25 pesos. Awesome good at a great price.
