I deal with phishing attacks on almost a daily basis at work.

Thing to remember is to REPORT THESE ATTACKS to your ISP and the place being targeted (in this case, Chase). Companies see phishing attacks as a Really Big Deal and they actually do get these things taken care of in a variety of fashions (shut down webservers/routing, add the emails to email server virus/spam scanners, etc), so it's important to report them whenever you get them!
