Are you doing some kind of market research?? I just ask as you have a couple of polls up. Also you may find more polls on similar subjects archived.
 
That pool sounds exclusively PADI with no scope for other agencies qualifications or standards !

Its impossible for me to slot into that poll.
 
Think equivalency String ;) The main recreational agencies over here (not just PADI) have similar titles for their various levels. Looking roughly at BSAC it would seem that Ocean Diver ~ OW, Sport ~ AOW/Rescue, Dive Leader ~ DM (with remainder of rescue), Advanced and 1st Class would seem that you would be in the forefront of running your local club and teaching diving to the newbies ~ instructor of some sort.

Trying to be fair, and having an English interest myself, trying to be bipartisan (easier now i dont have only PADI certs too) ;)
 
Don't know all agencies....but cross-over for some isn't very difficult. Yes, the ones listed are PADI and there is some bleed between agencies and skills between agencies at various levels, well, vary...but its close:

(Rescue was a specialty added to any cert)
