Finally, I've always tried to abide by the mother/sister rule. If it's not something I'd be comfortable saying in front of my mother then it's probably not something I should say in a public conversation.

i could use that to justify my "oversight" too. :blinking:. like the bosses would refer to it as "area of opportunity" when they really mean their employee's "weakness"
