Well I am happy to report positive results from twice daily CBD extract gummies. This is a huge difference in the level of arthritis pain, without using other anti-inflammatory painkillers as well. I use Creating Better Days, 30mg per day, 15mg gummy both morning and evening.
My experiment started out that I was in “Can’t Sleep” level pain from hip arthritis and wake up to sharp pain in one pinky knuckle of left hand. I was maxing our on NSAIDs such as Alleve, Ibuprofin, Asprin. So I decided to try CBD, morning and night, while focusing just on the pinky for daily assessment. I noticed about 20 minutes after one gummy that pain in pinky was gone, but it returned after a few hours.
I continued with twice daily gummies, and after a week, realized my hip pain was nearly gone in hip as well as the pinky. It has been a few weeks, and it is still working. This has been a quality of life improvement, and I hope it continues to improve.
Before this I could not do much pool practice of different finning techniques. After treatment, i could kick steady for about a half hour. This is a huge thing for my SCUBA happiness.
I tried buying gummies on-line direct as a money saver, but Creating Better Days.com charges more on line than my local shop, ( to protect retailers no doubt.) $40 for 20 gummies is steep. I am going to continue this treatment, and report back any
changes, or any alternative methods for getting the CDB dosage safely but less expensively.
If Anyone else wants to post their experience, I would be interested.

Excellent! Maybe it's just me but results like that for $4/day doesn't seem that steep. Did I do the math wrong?

I'm assuming less side effects with tje gummies too.

$4 per day times 365 days per year is $1460. Well I am paying it to be sure.

I get that, but it's not some highly refined chemical made in giant batches, it's an herbal extract made into a convenient edible form. A chocolate covered bug usually costs more and doesn't relieve pain. I guess I probably put a higher premium on a non-pharmaceutical remedies than the average person...

I could also reference Starbucks coffee.... :)
