Caymans affordable accommodations?

Hi Caymans Experts,

I'm wondering what the best lower budget places are on Grand Cayman & Little Cayman that have a restaurant/bar & dive shop. I know the Caymans are expensive, but going solo I don't need posh/fancy just serviceable good diving.

So far it seems Sunset House may be the cheapest on Grand Cayman & Paradise Villas on Little Cayman.

Please set me straight if I'm wrong about this (before I book them!)

I think Sam McCoy's would be the least expensive on LC.
