I call these "Racoon" fish but they're not .Saw them for the first time on the south side about 6-7 years ago.

I'd love to see a masked hamlet some day. Really cool markings on them!

So far I have only seen them on the Southern side of the Island they may be in other areas but I have not seen them there.

I seem to be seeing them more now than previously maybe with the lionfish being eradicated it's helping with smaller fish breeding.
