OW divers are allowed in Ginnie's cavern. There is no cave during daylight hours if my memory serves me correctly.

That's false. There is a black zone in Ginnie and w/o a light or light problems in there would not be good.

I stand corrected then. The actual "cave" is grated off however, so the risk is lower than in a system like devils. I'm not a huge fan of allowing OW divers in any system, but Ginnie has accepted that risk.
