I can never get it when I try to sign in from Mexico, which is ironic because I go there to cave dive. I guess they must really hate those Mexican cave divers.:D

Funny, I've been going to MX for years and have always been able to use it on my computer, ipad, and tapatalk on my phone. I was there last week and for the first time got the 403 Forbidden notice and couldn't log in. I assume they're blocking foreign ip's
 
Most sites that block VPNs are usually dirty super spam ad laden disasters anyway.
Interesting, I've generally found the opposite to be true. Spammers love to obfuscate their IP with VPN's so that they cannot be blocked in the normal way.

IP restriction is like building a moat around your house instead of putting a lock on the door.

Who doesn't have a VPN these days?

Of course I was kidding about the 'hating Mexican cave divers' bit. But for whatever reason, I have not been able to log on from there. I have been able to get NBA games live for 19 pesos, which more than makes up for it!
