Interesting, I've generally found the opposite to be true. Spammers love to obfuscate their IP with VPN's so that they cannot be blocked in the normal way.Most sites that block VPNs are usually dirty super spam ad laden disasters anyway.

Funny, I've been going to MX for years and have always been able to use it on my computer, ipad, and tapatalk on my phone. I was there last week and for the first time got the 403 Forbidden notice and couldn't log in. I assume they're blocking foreign ip's
