Try clearing your cookies & cache for your browsers. Also could try downloading a new browser (say like Brave or Opera) and see if you still get it.

you can also check the status of websites here: Is it down? Check at Down for Everyone or Just Me , obviously unless that site crashes (it has in the past when there were major outages of large sections of the web or really popular websites).
