Well you can easily test that theory..................
Just use " Hide My Ass " VPN and then no one knows where your connection orginates from....
The service is used worldwide by netflix users successfully.

I get the 403 error on my ipad, and can only get in with a VPN. Works fine on laptop.

They block VPNs. Most sites that block VPNs are usually dirty super spam ad laden disasters anyway.

I got my issue fixed, basically I was able to get to the site on my phone using a cellular network instead of wifi, and right on the front page they list someone to email if you are blocked from the site.

As a newer cave diver, I didn't know about the site until you posted about your problem, so some good came out of it. Thanks!

And that's why I started my post explaining how I was able to get to the site while my IP was banned, by using cellular data instead of wifi.

I'm in Missouri and getting the error. Can only access the site when I use a (very reputable) VPN that puts me in the UK.

When I sign in on Chrome, I do not get the regular forum--just an outline for a forum. I have to use Edge.
