It was good to meet you Christopher and Lauire , and you too Dr Bill :D Thank You for the all the info.
I want to tell you Cindy had a great time even though she had pretty good task loading for someone that has never dove wearing a 7mm suit before, badly leaking mask, weight belt spinning , buoyancy issues caused mostly by being overweighted because of correct weight unavailable .... just didn't let it get to her and had fun anyway , maybe having that giant black seabass follow her around everywhere had something to do with it (she claims it was because he was smitten with her)
Water was warm above 40ft , vis was good enough , and we had a great first dive together , will be back soon

DB,
Sounds like you had a great time, bummer you are missing the dives tomorrow with the rest of us, hope that Seabass is not pouting somewhere and will instead come pose for pics tomorrow.
wrt the issues C had, give me a ring, lets cover them and maybe a bit more practice we increase her comfort level.

It is quite possible that black sea bass was smitten with Cindy. As I think I mentioned, I feel 99.9% certain that they can sense sex pheromones in humans. The males who are courting bristle when I approach their ladies. The ladies allow me to get up close and personal, and even touch them (something none of the males will do).

Three dives today (Sat) and four black sea bass, at least one on each dive. Last one was my 1,200th logged dive shared with my buddy Karen who got a bunch of 8 Mb still images of me with the BSB.
