Although I have not stayed there, I have spent some time there...

I met some people who were staying there and we started hanging out. I liked the place. Their room was right next to the dive shop (not physically connected, just adjacent to) and it was very nice, nicer than my room at the DIVI.

CI has a nice setup, Bruce Bowker seemed nice enough, though I only spoke to him briefly. When I was there last, they also had a nice beach, one of the few left on the island... Plus there is that 6 foot tarpon that hangs out in the shallows at night, very cool to dive with...

The Carib is a great place. Low key, good night diving on the house reef. Easy access to town. The last time I stayed there, I did not even rent a car. Just walked everywhere. Normally when I go to Bonaire I rent a truck to get in all the shore diving but the last time I stayed at Carib I just did the house reef and the boat dives. Had a great time. Only problem that I have seen is that he gets booked up way in advance. My last trip to Bonaire, Bruce had no rooms available and my next trip in March he is full also.

I haven't stayed there but I can tell you that I was very happy with the dive shop. I had an Oceanic AirXS that was freeflowing and Bruce adjusted it free of charge and also adjusted the intermediate pressure on my first stage.
