I fly out of Ithaca and going to Bonaire with a stop in Newark (on United) is usually around 7 hours. Returning, if you return on a Sunday, it takes around 12 hours with a stop in Houston and Newark. I'm sure that is the same for traveling to Albany. Not ideal, but not 22 hours!

jimw,

Thanks. I'll have to check that out. It's funny. JB flys to a lot of places but when you fly out of Albany, NY a lot of destinations disappear. I will probably have to book a leg at a time, maybe with different airlines. I think I can get a round trip to Ft. Lauderdale from Albany on United for about $160. $420 round to St. Croix is pretty good.

If you have not tried this, http:// matrix.itasoftware.com / do so, it may show some possible multi airline solutions......good luck!

For some reason, it's not showing up as a link---so google it!

Bingo. Thanks for the link. First shot I found a 7 hr down and 8 hr back. Very cool. I'll be using that site for all my travel.

Love matrix and google flights.. Let's you quickly look at flights and find good deals.. Remember to clear cookies, and know that flight prices can drop on a Thursday afternoon and Friday night they go back up...

Jim......
