Hah! A few minutes of inconvience for hours... days of future enjoyment... trust me, it's worth it.
Sorry Steve, I couldn't read the above message because I'm ignoring you - which is also why, unfortunately, I cannot respond to it.I have a funny feeling several people have me on ignore.....

Unfortunately, we did not program vBulletin: we only use it. If you need/want to put a staff member on ignore: please contact any senior moderator or advisor. They will put the person on your "forced ignore". No, you won't be able to peak at what they said, and you will have to ask staff to remove them should you want to interact with them again.
Since "Forced Ignore" is linked to your account, you can still read all their posts made in public forums. No, you won't be able to peak at what they said, and you will have to ask staff to remove them should you want to interact with them again.
That's about right.Having a member on forced ignore messes with the way pages load, look, number etc.. Apparently it is a real PITA so reach this conclusion carefully.

wow... 'rare' El Orans Site Support forum "sighting".
The use of Forum Hosts is actually a good thing. Giving them (limited) Moderator powers though is not without its side effects.Of course you can review the use of forum hosts for every little board.
