Canon WP-DC18 Case Repair , rubber of button broken

I'm looking for the Canon WP-DC18 Case Repairing. I just found the rubber of 2 button was broken. It looks the problems are caused by aging. I'm also worried about the rubber of other buttons. Anyone has gotten the same issue ? how to fix ? Does Canon or dive shop provide repairing ? See below pic

Canon considers their housings to be disposable and offers no replacement parts other than o-rings. You might try USCamera.com International #1 in Parts and Customer Service but based on the age of that model housing, chances aren't real good of finding anything other than something in equally bad shape on ebay.
