Cancun dive shops with DIN valved tanks?

Will be in Cancun for a family vacation and want to get some OW diving in. Are DIN valved tanks common or will I need to bring my yoke adapters? How about left hand valved tanks, or am I now getting to greedy?

Send an email ahead of time. There are plenty of convertible valves on tanks, but not all. They should be able to set some aside. Make sure you bring a set of Allen wrenches with you in case they don't have one around to remove the plug.

A shop that deals with a lot of sidemount would be more likely to have opposing valves, but you might be a bit greedy for a standard shop.
