On page 12 of the "manual" that arrived with my wing, it shows what simply looks like a 5# belt weight sort of threaded onto the upper tank band - on the top side of the cylinder.
I'm not using an STA - so the V/P/Channel weight won't apply. But I like the concept of being able to add weight to the back, near the cylinder.
Looks like an interesting way to accomplish two things:
1) Non-ditachable trim weights (like my SeaQuest used to have) to improve above water attitude (avoiding the face push often associated with back inflate BC's)
2) Take another 5'er off the hips. This makes 11 non-ditchable (plate 6 plus 5 block)...not a problem as I've been diving with 8 in the back for awhile.
I think for objective number one, it would be better to thread it through the bottom cylinder band, no?
