Can this set be clean to use with nitrox over 40%?

Theoretically it could I think, if it has been especially O2 cleaned, the correct o-rings have been installed, something like Christo Lube 111 has been used for lubrication, and a test has been done to control, that there is no carbohydrate contamination (dirt) left in the reg.
I have some doubts that this particular reg has been O2 cleaned, because it's a quite old Cressi and Dacor model, that seems to have seen already better times, but it could be O2 clean.

I don't think it's never been O2 clean, I was wondering if it's something possible or do I need to buy a specific (green) one?
