Hi Ocean Folk,

Have any of you been following the Bureau of Land Mangement's plans for the CCNM? A draft Regional Management Plan can be found through the following link:

http://www.ca.blm.gov/pa/coastal_monument/index.html

I encourage you to look into it and submit comments. Depending on how they regulate the CCNM, there may be issues of access to areas we have been diving for years. As with all issues involving resource management, there are some positive and negative impacts.
