The "caissons" is a name that has been given to a rather large area roughly east of Navy Pier that encompasses what used to be a dumping ground for garbage of all sorts. What one might find there ranges from architectural debris from the chicago fire to discarded antique bottles to household objects, broken dishware and the cast-off implements of daily life. On any particular dive you may find nothing (probable) ar you might come across an architecturally significant decoration from a pre-Chicago Fire building.

Could be interesting..please share. Then somebody report back before I make the dive.:D

Now that sounds interesting, Shannon. If you decide to go, let me know.
Can you walk through the Rainforest Cafe in scuba gear? :D
