They have about gazillions of different ropes, elastic or whatcha not And one can also see strength rating as well as manufacturing country. EU based but ships worldwide.

I've been really happy with the Sgt Knots Diamond Grip. It holds up well, stays stretchy, and is available in every shade of black. Haven't had to replace my loop bungees in 2+ years and 100+ dives in salt and fresh water with steels. Still going strong.

Only get marine grade bungee with the highest stretch ratio you can find. I've bought lots on Amazon, but had to toss some of it. You know your getting quality with the above two links.
