A, but around the front of the tank. Not between the tank and body, that wouldn't work at all.
Based on how those tanks are trimming I'm going to stick with saying it's not a very good system.2:08
Looks a bit weird, seems to work though.
Will have to give it a whirl sometime.
I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean.I'll preface this by saying I've done hundreds of NE wreck dives sidemount, both open circuit and CCR. I used to use mountain bike tire tubes as bungees forever. When I moved to Florida full time during the pandemic, I was out of diving for two or three years and started back cave diving, open circuit sidemount. My good friend and neighbor here is a great cave instructor and I asked him why he keeps butterfly clips around the necks of his primary tanks, because I'm always loathe to add even another clip to the stuff I've already got. He said, "Try it, clip those up first and then put the bungees around the valves . . ." Yup, way easier. Thanks Edd!

What is butterfly clips?
I do the same thing except the loop of paracord is permanent around the neck of the tank, and I use a double ender so its not dangling from the tank.DGX S/S Swivel-Eye {3.8 in | 9.6 cm} Butterfly Sliding Bolt Snap tied to a paracord loop around the neck of a cylinder
