Looking to build a platform that can stand up to being under water “fresh water” the ideal platform would be cheap to build and not extremely heavy. What are some recommendations?
 
The least expensive and lightest weight platforms I have seen were constructed of PVC pipe for the frames and screening materials for the decks.

Cheapest option is to stick an old trampoline on the bottom. They usually hold up several years.

If the are gets lots of sediment tho would it be a dust storm every weekend?

I was thinking a more open surface area such as the garage shelfs I posted would help prevent that correct?
