Hi everyone,

Just to let you know the water in the St. Lawrence river is above 60F so the summer diving season is in full swing.

I'm new here but not new to scuba, trying to improve my skills through more advanced training and better appreciation for the aquatic environment.

While not a DIR convert I've been following closely the DIR evolution and I'm actually using several of the DIR principles.
The day when all instructors at Ginnie's will be DIR then I'll become DIR too. Till then, I keep breathing happily at the end of my long hose.

See you at the bottom!

Radu

Welcome to the board!

Glad you found us! This is a great place to spend your SI, but watch out, it's addictive!

Welcome to the neighbourhood, don't forget to check out the Ontario Fresh Water Freaks forum for some of your near by neighbours.
