Bst way to store regulator between dives?

I usually just dangle mine at the corner of my workbench with the the 1st stage and connectiongs sitting flat but the hoses hanging off the edge of the table to let the water drain out of the 2nd stages. After drying I store them in a mesh bag in my "play stuff closet".

IT is when people leave them like this for the entire off season or hangin in a similar way that the hoses become permanently bent and eventually crack.

after a dive trip i clean it up and dry it out for a day then it goes into a dresser sock drawer in the bedroom. haven't had any problems ...... my Scubapro Mk10 and Dacor R4 seem to due very well there.
