Just curious if anyone else has experienced this. Dived on Monday in a lake that was created by mining for calcium carbonate rich clay soils for use in cement production. When I emerged after my first dive my brushed aluminum tank was noticeable discolored to a light brownish hue. I'm guessing some high mineral concentration in the water caused the discoloration. While I doubt it's of any concern as far as the performance of the tank I tried to clean it with typical cleaners and had very little effect. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
