These are great shots Mike! Looks like the ling pulled the rockfish out of its hiding place (but what is that little thing holding on to the blue's tail that he shakes off before swimming away?)

there was a fishing line with a fish tail attached to it. The rockfish was looking at it (maybe going for a bite) and the cod grabbed the rockfish. In the middle of the action the line got yanked to the surface, but nobody was attached.
