Brand new manifold, come O2 clean or still need to have it clean?

Don't worry, I know who pump hyper filtered Grade E air around me and who don't. I will only take O2 clean tank to those who do. The reason I asked is because I want to know what to buy: used? thermo? DGX?? other?.... If new manifold come O2 clean, that make more sense to buy it new since I will probably clean the used one. Between DGX/DR and thermo, if DGX/DR come O2 clean, then it makes more sense to go with these brands. If I have to have them clean regardless, then I will probably watch for a good condition used manifold.
