Thanks for all the advice everyone. I'm going to try loosening the straps and taking it on a dive. I'll report back with the results.
One of these days I’ll talk you into coming up and diving with us at Stillwater Cove in Sonoma County and doing some urchin removal work. We’ll get you dialed in to that new rig perfect!
 
Went for a dive today with looser straps. Things were definitely better, nothing was cutting into me. Now I just need to tweak everything to get it perfect. Thanks again!

Put triglides on the webbing so when you tighten the waist, they won't let shoulder straps go too tight.
