Boots?

I want some boots...
I was hoping someone here can help me figure-out exactly what I need, I would like to be able to use them as Aqua-socks for the beach, as-well as boots for my fins, any ideas?
I guess I need a hard sole, but, does that work under fins?
I have so many un-answered questions!

Swimsuit, hat, and full boots. bad visual?
I use "aquasocks" for the beach (don't know the brand) , but they look like and lace up like tennis shoes; and the mesh uppers drain immediately. $5-$10 at x-mart.
Walking around the beach with soggy boots catching sand gets old.
IMHO, Dual use should not be the sole deciding factor.
