Bought a pair of agalax split toe booties today, the soles are very thin. Now i'm worried it wont fit into the foot pocket of APS mantarays / or other fins.
will they fit?

Yes. When selcting a boot, the real important issue is proper exposure protection for the environment inwhich you dive. I like a low boot in 3 mil for warm water, but here in Colorado where we train in wateer than can be in the 50's and 60's I like a 5 mill over the ankle boot.
