I think Doc uses one of the 3lb weights that are on the platform to weigh his down...
I guess we've been there at the same time pretty often.
Most divers never notice the Sailfin Blennies or the dozens of other spectacular critters that inhabit that 150 foot shallow sandy walkway.
Some divers run out of air- we run out of water. Then the next problem is standing up, fully geared, from 8" of water. You help me, I'll help you.
My tactic was to roll onto my shoulder, undo my BCD, then roll out of it and take off my fins. Standing up became easy.......
YEAH I CAN'T GET UP IN THAT SHALLOW 6" WATER...SO I SWIM BACK OUT TO THE DIVE PLATFORM AND WALK BACK IN![]()
