We had no new crew members join this week​

I purchased my own Nitrox analyzer because of Bonaire.

When I stayed at Buddy's... The analyzer was just outside the tank room. I saw several different techniques people used to calibrate the analyzer.

1) Remove cap from analyzer and wave hand in front of it.
2) Remove cap from analyzer and blow into it. (I'm sure that really worked... 16% O2, 5% CO2, and 79% nitrogen)

I'm sure the O2 sensor in that analyzer was in fine shape.

I'll have my analyzer with me, too. So... if you're diving with PDT#8... we'll have at least one analyzer on the boat.


Pete, Elena, and I will teach how to properly calibrate the O2 analyzer...
