Boat Fire off Pompano

[NJ to FLA]

I saw a boat on fire yesterday, 1/18/10, right out of Lighthouse Point/Pompano. I know the people were rescued and there were no injuries, but that is the extent of what I know. I can only find the video from the helicopter but no news on what happened on the boat... any info??

My wife saw this boat out there while I was underwater. I saw another one anchored with 3 outboards on it, and then a long Fountain with -->4!<-- 350hp outboards buzzed on by, although it was only doing 50 knots so we got to see it for two or three seconds.
We were unworthy to be out there with all that high-priced talent so we headed in. My starboard oil pump agreed with me and failed.

We were out diving in Boca with Diversity Monday afternoon. Cap't Tony said that he could see a boat on fire. Guess this was it.
