I had heard that the BL closes for the winter. Was wondering when they opened back up again.

Was there last Saturday. Think it is open just the weekends for now.

What was the water temp and vis like?

Water temp between 61 and 64 and vis was a disappointment at 12 feet.

Thanks for the info. Looks like the lagoon will be the first place warm enough for me to dive before my dry suit gets here. As for vis, that's not much worse that TL is much of the time and travis is only 6-8ft.

I was there last 3/19-3/20 for the first time for my Rescue course and it seemed like a nice place. Hope to go again soon and get to do a little more exploring cause I was busy doing other things when I was there.
