We did do BHB today and found 20-25 ft viz and 75 degree water that seemed colder to me! William saw a flotilla of small Eagle Rays shortly after we got in--I wondered why he headed west for a bit. Nice dive with all the usual critters and buddys! There's a Force E night dive Saturday I'm told--somebody's gonna go, likely not me unless the air temp comes up a lot!

And not me, unless it miraculously happens on a Friday night.

We went today and found very nice viz of 25-30ft. 75 degrees. Largeish Spotted Eel out on the rocks. The resident Nurse Shark moved! Nice dive and lunch with William and Ro, Telly, and the Woodward family--Diva, John, Emily, Cheryl, AND this writer--whatshisname!!

My wife & I are thinking of hitting BHB next Monday.

Where can I find the best time to dive there?

Thanks!!

Probably just googling Port of Palm Beach tides will do the trick. There are quite a number of tide predictors out there including NOAA, the tidal data originators. I like www.saltwatertides.com

Monday, Dec 29 is 2:21pm for a high tide on the printed tables available free at area diveshops--a new one should be around for 2015. I meant to look today at Force E but forgot.

Enter the water about an hour before the predicted hi tide--maybe somewhat less if it's cold.

There is even an iTunes app for that...

I'll be visiting the area from the 29--31st, is anyone available/willing to dive with me? Show me the area? I'd really not like to miss the opportunity. Totally willing to pay for fills. My name is Daniel, shoot me a PM!
