Great pics Jenny. I have yet to see the elusive seahorse at the BHB. Will have to try again the next time I am down.

Based on the 1300+ posts on this thread, I feel like it needs to be on my short list of places to dive!

There is another thread, the original "Continuing Sagas of Blue Heron Bridge" that ran from 2009-June, 2011. That thread has over 4000 posts ... Lots of really good information and enough photos to write a book!

It is good to be back at the BHB! Had a nice dive somewhere over an hour and a half. Started out just west of the swim area, headed out by the moored boats, worked our way east, checked out the east span, and then went and located the sea hare party before getting out. water was 75 degrees, vis was stunning for how much it has rained this week, easily 30-40'. They must not be letting any water out of the canals. Saw a few upside down jellies, a fun group of garden eels, tons of fish under the bridge. A fisherman must have mistaken me for a whopper because I got hooked. Very impressed with the amount of sponges under the east span (haven't been to that side since the construction.) In addition to the piles of sea hares, we saw a group of about a dozen moving around in a circular fashion, it was quite amusing. If my dive buddy got some good pics I'll put some up later on.
