This is not my dive shop, but I happened to be in the area. It's locked up and cleaned out. What happened to Bobby?

Bobby sold it to one of his instructors 6-8 months ago and the new guy didn't pay. Bobby locked the doors a month or so ago. He lost his *** on the deal.

Not sure. I thought he had retired after selling the shop, but he's pretty young. I know he's still teaching out at Roane State or Pellissippi.

Mike bought their compressor yesterday.

I heard throught the "grapevine" that the store closed. I hate to hear about Bobby.

I wasn't a big fan, but it's sad anytime a dive op doesn't make it. So I guess that just leaves two retail shops, Ski-Scuba and Adventure, in Knoxville. Then Rhea's in Maryville. Geez.

I agree. Choice is always a good thing, it makes the shops work harder to be the best.
