Best simple / cheap DIY-ish helmet mount for flashlights

Old post but i tought someones will answer me....anyway of having somekind of 360 rotating bracket to fix on a helmet ? Or at least a bracket that could tilt a bit up or down ? Thank for all the help.

Thank you for you for answer, that's a bit pricey considering i need two this will cost me around 100$ US. Crazy ! I was more looking for a DIY option.
