The Apostrophe can be said to represent the devil.
Doesn't it mark the place where something good was stolen for no just cause?
Isn't Man's use of it merely vain hubris, as if mere mortals could really OWN anything?
And isn't owning things the root of man's greed and inhumanity?
I don't think God needs any apostrophes, since it is all his's.

Born in Elizabeth, grew up in Union, escaped for a few years for college, moved back to Basking Ridge... now in the wilds of Somerset County and Long Beach Island.

Where/when were you in Union? I lived off of Summit Road, near Kean College from 66-83.
