I need a sturdy pocket for a DSS BP/W. Anyone have any experience here? I tried a Zeagle Clip Pocket but it flopped around and was completely unusable. I want to stow a few small things. Can't seem to find the right pocket anywhere.

Dive Rite makes a good pocket that should work, but better yet, give Tobin at DSS a call or e-mail and he'll tell ya what will work best.

The best pocket(s) are ones on the thighs of your exposure suit. I have seen a zippered pouch from DiveRite used on the left waist belt.

I have a small (4''x 5") Dive Rite pocket attached to the right side of a golem single wing waist belt. This works great for small items. I also have on order a Scuba XS pocket but have never seen one other than in photo.

Best pockets are the x-shorts. Don't know how I dove without them.

If possible I too would recommend the exposure suit pockets - here's the pattern/instructions if you want to make your own http://www.kidspot.org/personal/scuba/#wetsuit

You can also wear X-Shorts as recommended above, or if you want to go for the complete rule 6 violation just wear a pair of cargo shorts over top your suit - the pockets work fine when wet :D

Tim's right -- cheap pockets! On our recent trip to Maui, I bought a pair of men's swim/board shorts with cargo pockets. They are funky looking beyond belief, but they worked just fine, and cost me a whopping $19. A picture is here.
