Best Month For Tigers-kona Coast?

Which month(s) offers the best shot at seeing Tigers at the typical Kona dive sites? I know they frequent the harbor, but what about the other spots the ops typically tie up at?

Tigers were active around the small boat harbor last July. Dive guides said tigers show up around the harbor when fishing tournament season is going... something about the easy meal thing.
