Best Inexpensive Webcam??

Ok, Im finally breaking down and asking, because I dont know one from the next. As some of you already know, my friend Ryan is in Iraq... and when hes online, I get to see his smiling face on camera, he finally brought it to my attention that it was time for me to return the favor. I have NO IDEA what Im looking for!!

I know that I want something that works, and has a clear picture. Something thats easy to set up, and easy to keep working. But, I dont want to spend a fortune either.

Any ideas or suggestions?? Anyone???
